The KV 8450 is a step forward in side mounted ball-bearing drawer slides. The KV 8450 incorporates state-of-the-art Soft-Close technology. The fully integrated soft close module brings the drawer box to a smooth, quiet, and secure close.
Additionally, KV is able to include the soft-close technology without changing the overall dimensions of the slide. This is a great advantage for the production of cabinets that currently use KV 8400 ball bearing slides.
Also, many non-KV ball bearing slides share the same hole pattern, making it easy to switch to the KV 8450.
Like all Knape and Vogt slides, the 8450 is designed to meet or exceed ANSI performance standards as established by BHMA, BIFMA, and KCMA.
