How do I return an item?

Our Guarantee: We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the product price excluding shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-788-4450, prior to returning.

1. We need a copy of your receipt. If you bought your product in-store, please bring your receipt back with you. If you bought your product online, your sales order ticket will be saved on your account. Just send an email to or call 800.788.4450 and we will look up your account information for you.
2. Special Order, Discontinued or Non-stock products cannot be returned.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
4. NO RETURNS accepted after 90 days.
