How do I return an item?

Our Guarantee: We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the product price excluding shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-788-4450, prior to returning.

Conditions:
1. We need a copy of your receipt. If you bought your product in-store, please bring your receipt back with you. If you bought your product online, your sales order ticket will be saved on your account. Just send an email to sales@cabinethardware.com or call 800.788.4450 and we will look up your account information for you.
2. Special Order, Discontinued or Non-stock products cannot be returned.
3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
4. NO RETURNS accepted after 90 days.
